The office operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00pm to process and ship orders.

Orders placed after 3 pm during operating hours will be processed and shipped out next business day Monday to Friday.

Training

Both Epoxy Resin and Polished Concrete Training Classes are a week long (5-days). Held Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with breakfast and lunch provided.

Multi-Student Discount: Reserve a spot for $1500, and get any additional tickets at $1275 each (15% off).

Military/Veteran/First Responder Discount: 10% off your ticket.

Hotel Discount: We have partnered with local hotels, to offer a corporate discount for training accommodations. After register and the courses tuition has been paid, a welcome email will be sent outlining affordable hotel rates, things to do locally, a class itinerary.

We currently close the certification training course a maximum of 30 people per class. This is to allow each student the proper time working hand-on with the flooring equipment and epoxy coatings.

Our Concrete Polishing and Epoxy Coatings classes are both held at our corporate office in Pompano Beach, South Florida.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note that we will gladly work with you to find competitive shipping rates through freight. Just give us a call.

Basic Shipping Polices

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the package, dimensions, destination, and shipping time. We will gladly provide you with an estimate of the shipping charges upon request, however, fuel charges may apply. These are only estimates and are subject to change once the order has been placed.

We offer next-day and second-day prepaid freight. Should you prefer another shipping method, you may provide us with your account information and we will gladly ship collect. Next-day deliveries are NOT available to every address, such as residential, rural, and certain suburbs. If you require your order the next day, please ask customer service if it is available.

Saturday deliveries outside the U.S. are NOT guaranteed.

All claims for shortages in shipments must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of receiving the goods to be honored.

Orders placed after 2 pm WILL NOT ship until the next business day.

Please note: Shipping to AK, HI, and Puerto Rico are subject to different shipping methods.

International Shipping

All shipments leaving the U.S. must pass through customs in the country of destination. These goods will be accompanied by proper documentation.

We are not responsible for applicable duties or taxes upon destination.

We are NOT responsible for shipments delayed by Customs Services.

Orders placed online are shipped via GROUND. If you need your order sooner, please call (877) 958-5264 for expedited shipping.

If your order has been damaged in transit, immediately take pictures of the damaged items, and email us or call technical support and we will respond as fast as possible. 

Returns

What's Xtreme Polishing Systems' policy on returning items?

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items returned after 15 days you will receive store credit or equal exchange. We DO NOT accept returns on items after 60 days from the date of purchase. XPS will NOT accept returns on chemicals, polyurea, epoxy, pigments, and/or dyes.

Products can only be returned if they are unopened and in the original packaging. Any accessories that were included with the item must be returned with the product for a full refund. Items returned with obvious misuse, will not be credited. New products that have been modified or used can NOT be returned. A 15% restocking fee will apply on new equipment returns if approved by XPS. XPS DOES NOT accept returns on USED Equipment purchases.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Returns that are NOT received in like condition will NOT be accepted or returned. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item) XPS will pay the return shipping costs.

Credit for returns is normally processed within 3 business days from the date we receive the merchandise. Credit will be applied to the credit card or Paypal account is given online when the original order was placed.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply log-in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
